The Higher Mind- The higher Mind is the part of us that has wisdom, self-awareness, and willpower. It’s the part of us that thinks long-term, based on values, morals, and aspirations. The higher mind is the aspect of us that can come into direct contact with the soul, the higher mind is a bridge between the lower mind, or ego and the spirit. I consider the ego to be the lower part of our mind that is connected and helps us to navigate the the physical world we live in, and the higher mind is the higher aspect that helps us to navigate beyond the physical world. The ego, works through a lens of limitation and separation and it perceives through our limited beliefs, where the higher mind works through a lens of unity and infinity. Through the lens of the ego we perceive the physical world and people in a limited way that are unequal by nature and separated by space. The higher mind perceives this very differently. It sees everything as being constructed with molecules, that are composed of atoms, that are made from energy that is vibrating at different rates, or frequencies. The air that the ego perceives that separates objects is also energy, so unlike the ego, the higher mind perceives everything as being equal differing only by the frequency of the energy. Even our thoughts are made of energy. The same energy that physical objects are made of. Mental energy just operate at a higher frequency. So the higher mind perceives thoughts and physical objects as equal and in union, made of the same energy that are vibrating at different frequencies.
