Have you ever heard of Shadow Work? 👤 Shadow work is a process of exploring and integrating the unconscious parts of ourselves, often referred to as the “shadow.” These subconscious aspects of ourselves include repressed emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that we have deemed unacceptable or undesirable and have hidden from our conscious awareness.
