Changes are happening to our senses, especially those of sight and hearing. When changes in the ear start you can sometimes feel dizzy and balance can be affected. It is also possible to hear a signature whistle and something annoying. The vision also distorts, sometimes suddenly there can be blurred vision. This causes momentarily awkward movements. All of this is uncomfortable, but remember that so much is expanding within you. The veil of inner vision was run for an era, and now it’s opening to you. We are in transition, walking between worlds, simultaneously changing our consciousness, our bodies and our reality.. Our brain is going through profound changes. Many of its functions were lost when we fell into a great density, and the human body condensed at a lower frequency. Now the pineal gland is being activated and growing, just like the pituitary gland. And both are being connected at an etheral level to induce higher states of consciousness. The pineal gland is regaining its alignment with our divine nature. Due to this process there may also be pain in the center of the head. Inter-cellular spaces also experience pain when reached by new frequencies of Light. Bio-restructuring of the circuits that provide capacity to the brain is underway. The brain needs to go through several levels of acceleration to be able to accept and understand evolutionary knowledge. The matter in us is being electrified with the fire of the Spirit and we are being transformed into a new physical form the bearer of more refined energies. But the pain that accompanies this process can be intense for some. The secret is not to pay too much attention to these pains and discomforts, if we are on the lookout for them the process becomes more difficult. Get as close to nature as possible. Eating healthy for the body and spirit, that is not eating meat of any kind, drinking enough water, eating fruits and vegetables, brown rice, etc...
