We are in crisis. So many stray dogs are coming in. No one is looking for them. Animal Control is actively trapping cats and dogs. Today Animal Control is bringing in four 6–8-month-old husky beagle mixes and eight 6–8-week-old puppies. This is what we know of. We have NO ROOM TO PUT THEM. We had a mom and her babies surrendered earlier this week and multiple other dogs. We have a huge list of people wanting to surrender animals. We currently have four Great Pyrenees/Pyrenees Mixes currently. We need help! Our staff is beyond stressed playing doggie shuffle. The community cat room has been turned into dog overflow so we don’t have to euthanize for space. We have crates in the hallway and the bathroom and the office with dogs in them. Without help, we will have to euthanize for space. PLEASE KNOW THIS IS THE LAST THING WE WANT TO DO. We get to know our animals. We love our animals. We are all devastated we have reached this point.
