The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.Psalm 147:2-6 The psalmist shows his understanding and trust of Christ in this song. The Lord built up Jerusalem after it was destroyed by the Babylonians returning the exiles to their home. As Christ redeemed the sinner from Satan's grasp, returning their right standing with God. Outcasts from sin, depression, wickedness, backsliders, and some who suffer for righteousness. Christ shall refuse none. Christ knows how to heal a broken heart. A heart may be broken in numerous ways, and Christ is good at healing all. For Christ is Himself the medicine. Christ who created every star and knows them all by their name. With all His magnificent power, he is still able to reach the individual. None are out of His loving reach, He knows our hurts, betrayal s, disappointments, and loneliness, for He experienced it all when He was here. And His understanding in all things can not be measured. Christ reverses the evil order of things. The meek who are cast down He lifts up to honor. The wicked who are exalted He hurls them to the ground. You can by your decision in this world expect from heaven storm or sunshine, mercy or judgment. Amem.
