Foot cramps too. I jump out of bed and walk around. Someone told me about Hyland's leg cramp relief. I take 2 sublingual right before going to bed. Haven't had a cramp since.

THEY DO SUCK,I GET THEM WHEN I'M SWIMMING, OR WHEN IT'S COLD. I NEVER KNEW THEY MADE SOMETHING FOR LEG CRAMPS.

One night I had each ankle cramp where each foot turned inward. I tried to get out of bed, thinking I could stretch them- ended up falling on my ass!! Lol
