This Constitution Day, we find ourselves on the frontlines of history in the making. Just as our Founders once penned the very document that shaped our nation, we now stand at the crossroads where history will once again be written.The Convention of States (COS) movement has already made incredible strides — 19 of the 34 states required have passed the COS resolution. And now, 17 states have passed Commissioner Selection bills to define how they will choose their Commissioners for the Convention, with another 14 states in process of passing Commissioner Selection or Limitation bills. This is a clear sign that the legislatures are readying themselves for the Convention.
