There is absolutely no doubt at all that Telegram was/is infested with both child pornography and underground drug dealers. If Pavel knew (which I firmly believe he did) and did nothing about it being there, I am unable to feel sorry for the guy. Crime isn't free speech. I have a feeling this is going to be very bad for him, and for all executives in TG.
