28. For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.29. The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide. 32. The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.Psalm 37:28-32 The Lord loves those who follow His ways. From love. We love Him because He first loved us and gave His life for us. We are preserved from Satan's destruction, from sin's condemnation, because Christ has paid the debt in full. We are secure in His promise that we shall be with Him in His kingdom. But the wicked will inherit everlasting punishment. The righteous speaks wisdom, taken from the word of God. God's word is in their heart. They shall not be moved off the path that is salvation. The wicked hate the godly as they hated Christ. They are a constant reminder of all that is good. So they seek to remove them. Just like they removed prayer and Christ from schools. The commandments from the courts. They have promoted every evil way. But Christ has the last word. He will gather His into their reward. But those who refused Him, He shall judge. Amen.
