Obama Gutted Ukraine’s Army: He Has the Same Plan for the USA By S. Noble - March 6, 2014 When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, the free and independent Ukraine had in its possession the third largest strategic nuclear weapons arsenal in the world, larger than Britain, France and China combined. By 1996, Ukraine became a non-nuclear nation at the behest of the US, the UK, Boris Yeltsin and the Russian Federation, which is still in power today. leader of the free world Barack Obama, leader of the free world, speaking from a sixth grade classroom on a play mat during the Ukrainian crisis. Ukraine had 220 strategic weapon carriers on its territory, including: •130 SS-18 •46 sophisticated SS-24 missiles •25 Tu-95MS heavy strategic bombers carriers •19 Tu-160 supersonic strategic bombers carriers •1,080 long-range cruise missiles •several hundred units of a tactical nuclear weapon Most of the small arms and ammunition were left over when Soviets withdrew from Eastern bloc nations, and later dumped in Ukraine. Ukraine agreed to the deal with Russia, the USA, France, China and the UK if these powers guaranteed that they would guard the security of the Ukraine. On January 14, 1994, in Moscow, Bill Clinton, Boris Yeltsin, Leonid Kravchuk signed The Trilateral Statement detailing procedures to transfer Ukrainian nuclear warheads to Russia for compensation, along with the SS-18 and SS-24 warheads for dismantling. They weren’t scrapped however. They were exported. In 2008, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute reported to the UN that between 2004 and 2007, the Ukrainian Export Control Service sent 721,777 small arms and light weapons to 27 different countries. The US received the most followed by the UK, and get this, Libya! Exports continue each year – pistols, carbine rifles, heavy machine guns and anti-tank weapons. This is the goal of the UN for the USA and it is Obama’s goal for the USA. As he proceeds to gut our military and attempts to sign treaties with the UN that would vastly limit our weapons stockpiles. He continues to destroy our nuclear weapons. What Obama has done for the Ukraine, he hopes to do for the USA. At a hearing this week to discuss the gutting of our military to less than the size of Turkey’s military, John McCain said to Chuck Hagel the “timing is exquisite.” In 2005, then-state senator Barack Obama traveled to the Ukraine with Dick Luger to help convince Ukrainians to give up their weapons in exchange for money. The UK Daily Mail headline two days ago was: “Flashback: Senator Obama Pushed Bill That Helped Destroy More Than 15,000 TONS of Ammunition, 400,000 Small Arms and 1,000 Anti-Aircraft Missiles in Ukraine.” “As a US senator, Barack Obama won $48 million in federal funding to help Ukraine destroy thousands of tons of guns and ammunition — weapons which are now unavailable to the Ukrainian army as it faces down Russian President Vladimir Putin during his invasion of Crimea,” the Daily Mail wrote. In 2005, the Lugar-Obama campaigns posted their success story: U.S. Senators Dick Lugar (R-IN) and Barack Obama (D-IL) called for the immediate destruction of 15,000 tons of ammunition, 400,000 small arms and light weapons, and 1,000 man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS) or shoulder missile launchers that are often sought by terrorists. 

Lugar and Obama toured the Donetsk State Chemical Production Plant, a conventional weapons destruction facility where the U.S. has taken the lead in a three-year NATO program to destroy the weapons. Another 117,000 tons of ammunition and 1.1 million small arms and light weapons are slated for destruction within 12 years. 

So far, the U.S. has contributed $2.1 million to the project, and Austria, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom have contributed $1.2 million… The two senators secured U.S. funding to help destroy the weapons instead of leaving them intact.
