99% of people who don't know the real origin of Baphomet and think he is the devil are praying to God for millions of dollars and a Bugatti. They are praying to their God for materialistic gain and sharing the Tate brothers' mindset. Imagine praying to Jesus, who turned down the devil in the desert when he offered him all the kingdoms and material gain in the world, for millions of dollars and a Bugatti... They think Baphomet is an idol. In fact, he is not an idol; you don't pray to him. Baphomet symbolizes esoteric knowledge and enlightenment.
