So at 40,000ft there are some pretty incredible winds, typically blowing more than 150km/h- so effective application is particularly difficult.But- with a good team of meteorologists, chemists, pharmacists, flight engineers, chemical engineers, flight crew, aviation technicians, aircraft refuelers, chemical pumpers, chemical suppliers, chemical transport companies, shipping agencies, chemical factories and the teams that work there, and a couple of pilots... a good spray can be achieved.
