An amazing vision of Dystopian alienation that was considered Utopian back in 1930. The one interesting innovation in the Highrise City (Hochhausstadt) plan by modernist architect Ludwig Karl Hilberseimer (1885–1967) was having pedestrians on walkways high above roads.
