Anybody know about these big round weird oily brown chembows after days of heavy spraying? Really odd focus light in the clouds either side of sun.
Yesterday started with beautiful blue skies but after a day of full on spraying the southern tablelands we had oily brown clouds and ended the evening with an intense chembow with the sunset, with these weird points of focus in some clould banks. This was no rainbow, not a moisture laden sky at all. The focus points either side of the sun in those cloud banks stayed around for ages and were even more glowing in real life than in this photo. See the nasty chem coulour. I have seen plenty of smoke filled horizons and this was not one of them. Smoke does not cause big round rainbows.
