I made a promise to myself... The one to take care of me from now on with kindness, gentleness and tenderness. Took me many years... To understand that if I didn’t work on me my life would never change. I started to stop re-reading the old chapters of my life... To start a new calmer lighter one in my mind. I stepped out of my comfort zone... I'll admit, this took a lot of effort. I broke my shell built as a barrier... Protecting myself from anything that has too much impact on my emotions. I freed myself from all my emotional wounds... I finally got to spread my wings. Stay close to people who make me smile... Yes I had the strength to walk away from those who caused me pain. Got to let go in some situations.... Listening closely to my intuition I dared to believe in my choices... In my dreams and in I... I listened to my heart's messages, the meanings to my pain...
