25. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.26. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;27. And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. 28. Marvel not at this: for the hour coming, in the witch all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,29. And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.John 5:25-29 John shares the words of Christ. And they are true and faithful words. Christ is saying truly that the time has come. Christ came to this world He created to save His creations. Christ is speaking of future events. Him being God and knowing what is coming and is giving a warning. As the Father lives, so does Christ. The Father has given Him authority to give eternal life to His followers. And authority to judge because He is God. At the very last, this mortality of ours will be put off, and immortality shall begin. And there shall be a separation between those who received the Gospel message and those that refused. Christ, speaking says those who believe shall enter the resurrection of the just being covered in Christ's righteousness and those who refused unto eternal destruction. Remember, these are the words Christ spoke and not the words of men. Amen, let it be so.
