"When we vibrate at the frequency of Love, no negative energy can touch us because their frequency will not resonate with ours. There is nothing more powerful in the Universe than the Power of Love. Sometimes we need to remind ourselves of this when our world becomes overwhelming or frightening. Turn off the news, stop listening to the misinformation and align yourself with Love. Spend time appreciating the wonders of nature, create something beautiful, tune in with a child or pet. All these things will raise your soul to a creative level again. They will help you when you invoke and remind yourself personally of your own Self-Mastery. Moreover, you will walk safely, knowing that nothing can harm you. So I don't put up "shields" or "boundaries". Doing this gives reality to the "dangers out there" and thus, you set your energy fields to attract more people to constantly protect yourself from, because that is what you feed/attract energetically. We radiate only Light and Peace, which raises us to a higher dimensional frequency and which automatically acts as "protection". Only love is real and nothing can defeat the Power of God.
