"Every 7 years your life changes completely" The theory of sevens is one of the pillars of anthroposophy, line of thought created by the philosopher Rudolf Steiner. The seven year cycles serve and have a great impact to warn you about the changes that may occur. Knowing which cycle you're living in is very important to follow your path in a healthier way and taking much more effectively the opportunities that may arise. The number 7 is by nature a mystical number endowed with great power in almost every known culture. Thus, the cycles of nature also respect a possible subdivision of multiples of 7. In the first three cycles, which include ages 0 to 21, called "body sevens", this is when the physical body matures and personality formation also takes place. The following three cycles, from ages 21 to 42, are known as "soul sevens". It is the stage when, having overcome the basic experiences of life, one enters society and makes choices. Only from age 42, in the last seven years, have you enjoyed life with maturity, depth and spirituality. In the case of women, the division by seven helps to understand the processes of the feminine, which go from maturation to reproductive capacity to menopause, when reproductive forces turn into forces of thought more connected to introspection, enabling a broader view of life. How am I taking care of my body, my memory, my sense organs? You become who you are meant to be: the potential blossom. At this stage, it is essential to be devoted to yourself. 🍃💛 From 63 to 70 years old: wisdom It's the "master stage" and shows off an interiorized, luminous aura. It is in this cycle that we reach our greater "self" and re-establish a connection with our childhood.
