The General Intelligence Service of the Palestinian Authority conducted an Operation tonight within the City of Jenin in the West Bank which led to the Arrest of several Members of an ISIS Terror Cell who were reportedly preparing to conduct a Bombing Attack against Palestinian Officials; during the Operation a Vehicle filled with Explosives and Weapons was Discovered.
And we all know which nation created ISIS!!
