I must admit that most of my greatest insights have come to me when I am in solitude.
With my mind quiet and calm.
My heart filled with love and open for the messages that comes my way.
I am lucky because I never feel lonley.
I always have my animalfamily.
But also ny beloved forest my garden and all the wild aminals around me.
And they many times help me to gain new insights.
So please try solitude as something that is good for us.
