Seven Chakra Represent Our Seven Body : 1. Physical body : This body of ours is made of flesh and bones. This body is made of the five elements of nature, fire, water, earth, air and sky. Which we take in the form of food from various hymns of nature. The nature of this body is of sex, hunger and sleep. This body is connected to our Muladhara Chakra (1. Root Chakra ). Which is the focal point of this energy body. Because of this energy, we feel the need for sex, hunger and sleep. Because all these three things are necessary to keep our physical body moving. Normally, by the time the age of 7 comes, this energy becomes active in the human body. Most of the creatures of this earth spend their whole life on this floor. They are born again and again on this plane and die. This life cycle of birth and death continues for many births. But the one who understands this energy and makes good use of it. Celibacy is born within him. That is, he rises above sex and hunger and thinks about other possibilities of life. Like- morality, righteousness, spirituality, supreme bliss or salvation etc. 2. Ethnic body : We have feelings in this body. Emotion controls the chemical energy of the body. Which we also call hormones. Hormones are made of many types of fine chemicals. The things we take as food. Wherein things get converted into different chemicals after being digested. There are many endocrine glands at different places in our body. Due to which these subtle hormones leak. All the evils like anger, attachment, hatred, violence and fear arise within us. It arises due to the natural effect of this energy. Generally, at the age of 14, this energy becomes active in the human body. This energy body is associated with the Swadhishthan Chakra (2. Sacral Chakra ). Which is located four fingers below our navel. The person who develops this energy by being aware of his feelings. Good feelings like love, forgiveness, non-violence, compassion and charity begin to prevail in him. 3. Astral body : In the spiritual world it is also called Pranamaya Kosha. This body is made of very subtle invisible energy waves. There is a web of billions of neurotransmitters in our body. Through which these electric waves keep running. This body is connected to Manipur Chakra (3. Solar Plexus Chakra ). Which is located in the center of the navel. Due to the effect of this energy, different types of doubts and thoughts arise in our mind. But the man who develops this energy to its highest potential. Faith, faith and determination power is generated in him. That person can have a planned idea. A sensible person can easily reach this plane through his understanding and meditation. This energy can also be controlled through hatha yoga. 4. Mental body : In spirituality it is also called Manomaya Kosha. Very few humans can reach this floor. This energy body is associated with the Anahata Chakra ( 4.HeartChakra ). Which is located in the center of our heart. Due to the effect of this energy, the power of dreams and imagination is generated within us. Due to the influence of this energy, we are always lost in dreams and fantasies. But this power of imagination is naturally vague and uncontrollable. That's why we keep wandering only in imaginations. But those people who develop this energy to its maximum potential through restraint, understanding or spiritual practice. Clear imagination and amazing creativity arise in them. There have been all the great scientists, painters, lyricists or inventors in this world. They have happened because of the development of this energy. Swami Vivekananda, Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci and Nikola Tesla etc. are the best examples of this. Many wonderful miraculous achievements can also be achieved by developing this energy to its highest potential through Hatha Yoga or other methods. 5. Spiritual body : This body is connected to our Vishuddha Chakra ( 5. ThroatChakra ). Which is located in the throat of our throat. As soon as one reaches this level, all kinds of demons and ego get destroyed in the human being. And he realizes his self-form, that means he gets self-knowledge. He no longer remains a human being in this body, but becomes a deity. Ultimate bliss is the nature of this body. That's why all the sorrows and pains end in this body and it feels only joy. That great man remains engrossed in this supreme joy for years. This is the last point of the physical body. Till here the limit of five elements ends. That's why man at the bottom goes out of the circle of life. That means after this he does not take birth again in the world as a human. However, if he himself wants, he can come back to the world on his own free will. It is very difficult for the common man to reach this level. Even after many years of continuous practice and meditation, only a few selected people in the world are able to attain this body. 6. Cosmic body : This body is connected to our Ajna Chakra ( 6. ThirdEyeChakra ). Man becomes available to Brahma knowledge as soon as he comes to this level. Now he can say, Aham Brahmasmi means I am God. All the divine powers come to him. Now if he wants, he can create a new world according to his wish. Hatha Yogis desirous of unlimited powers can reach this level through Hatha Yoga and other spiritual practices. But still he is attached to his existence so his journey is not yet complete. Due to the effect of this divine energy, many patients and Brahmagyanis remain stuck to this body for years. 7. Nirvana body : This body is associated with the Sahastrahar Chakra ( 7. CrownChakra ). Which is in the upper part of the human head. You can easily see that spot on the head of newborns. In this body both I and I disappear from the inside of man and only God remains. At this last level, the entire existence of man merges into nothingness. Now you can name him God, Ishwar, Paramatma or Brahma, Vishnu Mahesh, anything. Here you should understand one more thing that here I have talked about seven bodies. They are not really different but all are different forms of the same energy. And all these things are still present in our body in a dormant state... By Unknown
