#Repost I don't know what it's called.. but it's 8 eggs,8 oz cream cheese,1/2 stick of butter in a blender, spray 8 by 8 pan bake @350 for 30 minutes (i had to go 40) allow to deflate and sprinkle cinnamon top with sugar free syrup,berries and whipped cream...reminds me of a flan texture with a french toast taste
