Reflections & Battlefields Welcome to the latest type of warfare, Where the battlefield is your mind, Although some people aren’t so drawn in by it, Those who aren’t spiritually blind. Masked like those not allowed to speak, Masks revealing who’s ruled by fear, And those who don’t comply, Because claiming freedom is more pure. The purity of knowing, Not the stagnation of false belief, Not the programming which moves in the shadows, Which becomes a wayward thief. The feeding frenzies of vampiric entities, Even if unconscious somehow, Caught up in suffering of the past or fear the future, Robbing us of the joy we could have now. Joy we must create and claim, Maybe by changing perspective, When we realize the need to unlearn and reprogram, Through the process of being reflective. We can exit the battlefields, But we might need to do so in our minds, We might need to become more acquainted with our hearts and seek deeper truths, Beyond what the ego thinks it finds. Beyond the realm of defending beliefs, Beliefs which rule through fear, To come to a place of inner knowing, Where love is simple, humble, and crystal clear...
