The Russians know how to deal with #terrorists who butcher over 140 innocent people in a theatre. This has to happen here in the U.S. as well to foreign terrorists. They have no constitutional #rights, and the #GenevaConvention does not apply, period. Please note where those wires connected to the battery are going. No problem.
