Why thank three times? 1. First because Gratitude is the greatest expression of love, it is the great multiplier of life and because it is a true health insurance. 2. Second, because the number 3 represents something that is seen as a Whole. In the holistic, an Integral Being is: body, mind and spirit. The dimensions of time are 3: past, present, future. The water states are 3: solid, liquid and gaseous. The Universe has 3 planes of manifestation: physical, mental and etherical. So when I say, think or write 3 times thank you I do this: THANK YOU for everything I am. THANK YOU for everything I have. THANK YOU for all the good things that are now flowing towards me.
