1. O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.2. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.3. For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.4. In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.5. The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.Psalm 95:1-5 The psalmist teaches us to sing songs to Christ, the Lord our righteousness, the God of our salvation. The Rock on which the church is built. Christ is the subject of our songs, the author of every spiritual blessing. Come with the sacrifice of praise, entering into His presence with thanksgiving for His redeeming work. Drawing close with true hearts. Christ is truly God, King, and Priest, great in power, wisdom, justice, truth, and mercy. Worthy of our praise because of what He has suffered on our behalf. His hand is in the foundation of the earth, unreachable by men, He knows His creation, and nothing is hidden from Him. The sea is His, and He set boundaries on it, using the moons gravity to control the tides. We have been here thousands of year's and know very little of all the seas contain. This powerful God became one of us and lived without sin, and became the pure perfect sacrifice for the sins of men. Because of His love for us, we have not words to describe how deep this love goes. But I see it, when I picture Him on the cross for me. Amen.
