LIVING IN 5D We are creating the 5D array as we shrink the 3D array. Expansion is the fuel of the 5D matrix. Expansive, peaceful, joyful, loving, confident: these emotions are our natural state. This is our True Nature. Our journey through this life can be seen as a dance between contraction and expansion. When we move into fear, stress and anxiety we contract; when we move towards kindness, patience, tolerance and compassion, we expand in our soul. The 5D array is created. We have been born and raised in a shrinking matrix. Contraction is fear, stress, anxiety, terror, regret... To keep the matrix in place, we have been fed a strict diet of unworthiness, failure, self-denial, false promises, and even so-called manifestation gimmicks. Anything that makes us doubt ourselves or feel one iota less than a bright spark of Divine Love is part of the 3D matrix. The carriers of light and love are moving out of the 3D matrix. Every time we heal an inner wound, every time we compassionately accept our mistakes, every time we choose to be kind to ourselves, we erode the 3D matrix and build the 5D matrix.
