Learning to detach is one of the hardest things ever.
We resist because we fear losing the object of our attachment. We want things to turn out the way we want, the actions of others to be as we see fit, and our lives to unfold as we have planned.
And every time we resist, when we resist, we suffer a little more.
It is important to learn to tame attachment, to be able to detach from the results of our efforts, from expectations, from the other person's response to our demands.
We must learn to trust what life gives us and receive with an open heart and acceptance.
Detachment does not mean withdrawing from others in order not to experience attachment. Nor be indifferent to what happens as a result of our expectations.
It's more about staying open to what's going to happen, regardless of the outcome.
It's about accepting whatever life throws our way, knowing it's for our good.
Nothing is accidental!
It's about doing everything with dedication and commitment, even though the results might not be exactly what we wanted.
It's about moving on.
It is about loving the other by giving them all our love, while accepting that the other person may love differently than we would have liked.
It's about loving yourself, even the imperfections, knowing that you can't improve or change anything without first accepting yourself as you are.
It's all about living your best life.
Sometimes you will succeed, sometimes you won't.
Sometimes you will be appreciated, sometimes not.
Sometimes you will be loved, sometimes not.
You do everything you can for yourself.
Detachment is our determination to live free...
It's about having the deep conviction that everything is as it should be, and no matter what happens, it will be okay !
Above all, be a bearer of inner peace !
