Make your own with end of the summer garden vegetables and herbs. I add a lot of garlic and I don't add tomatoes.
Simmer vegetables for three or four hours then add strained vegetable broth into sterilized pint jars. 10 lb for 60 minutes or for quarts: 75 minutes
