21. This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.22. It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.23. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.24. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.25. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.26. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD. Lamentations 3:21-26?? The prophet Jeremiah, remembered the mercies of the Lord, personally, before the destruction of Jerusalem, and in the Lord he put his trust. It is of the Lord's mercy, and no other, that we have not been consumed in our sin, and sent off to destruction. The Lord, He is faithful, you can name no other. There is none who possess His power, and might, neither do they possess, His love. It is wise to wait on God, and, His Salvation, to seek Him, with all your heart and soul. For you shall not find it anywhere, far, or wide, only in Jesus, the Christ. Amen.
