We're coming to shed light on some of the things you're feeling, emptiness, sadness, disconnection with 3D, bringing the feeling of being lost. When you awaken your consciousness you go through a long and intense process of transformation. Expanding consciousness in a moment of planetary transition is more intense, as the planet and you are receiving light frequencies that drive the process of metamorphosis. Over the past few months (dec, jan, feb) we've been working on your neural waves. New frequencies are acting in your brain to make neural plasticity happen, and so you can break out of thoughts addicted to pain, victimization and suffering, beliefs that limit your ability to become who you really are, creators of realities. Integration of lower and upper mental field needs to happen. We're working hard taking advantage of the plastic waves that come from your sun. Y'all being transformed, reborn and it can seem confusing sometimes. But focus on the light at the center of your being, throwing attention to the center of your heart along with conscious breathing, will bring about a moment of peace.
