PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES IN TEXAS SKIRTING LAWS ABOLISHING DEI OFFICES “Texas recently passed a law making it illegal for public schools to ‘Establish Or Maintain A Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Office.’ Despite this, major universities in Texas have simply rebranded the offices while maintaining the same mission and personnel.” There is a simple way to stop this lawlessness.
