This may be new (?).
Exploration is life.
Things could be just that simple.
“Grow or die”, from amoeba to universe(?).
“Read the room”.
This following is old HS memory, (and may be -completely- off), but as I remember, there are 4 primary forces: Gravitational force, Electromagnetic force, Strong nuclear force, and Weak nuclear force, or if you prefer the casual definition, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water.
That the old legends use the later may forward some indication of how we comprehend the activity of the more precise labeling. We do a lot of experimentation in the areas of the last three, but no crossover appears to be researched about how to affect the first. The last three have quite a few ways of using some part of this structure to affect the other two.
Gravity/motion/mass, however, is a unexplored structure.
Variable pressure on crystals (at the correct frequency/pattern) is shown to produce a form of 'electrical' energy. Can the correct type of energy moved into a crystal produce a gravitational effect? If that frequency is the result of mass torsion, what is that effect?
Why would it be ignored? What happened to a society that no glass was produced? The metal falls away after 10,000 years, but where is all the glass used in electronics? Not to mention the potential of a weak electronic signal hitting a planet's “gravitational curtain/torsion effect/eddy” at the speed of light.
