Just to be clear, the U.S. Treasury and IRS have been engaging in this since the Patriot Act was enacted. Major banks like #bankofamerica #wellsfargo #chase and #citi just "roll over" when they receive "blanket requests" for customer account information WITHOUT A WARRANT!!
