What if we were never enough or if we never did enough, what if the bad grades, what we lacked, what if anything. Unlearn, and believe again that we are strong, that we are powerful, that we are unstoppable, that we are talented, that we are important, that we are wonderful, that we are perfect as we are, that beauty is a construct and that each of us is beautiful, without further ado. Unlearn and embrace ourselves, regain the trust and freedom that were taken from us, recover the desire to fly that we had when we were children, laugh again until our belly hurts, trust again.
