It is your guide, you lighted way through difficult moments… Fulfill your daily tasks with even deeper mindfulness, kindness, and peace, and those qualities will automatically ripple from you to assist others be the same. Be ever alert not to allow yourself to be triggered (deal with that within you though), and don’t slip up by being dragged into outer conflicts or dramas. The next few days especially we know may be a little challenging, there will be times when you have to pull yourselves even deeper within your inner peace. Be assured that action of going deeper within will help others in the outer world. The more of us that remain calm and well centered the easier it will be for everyone to cope with anything and everything that happens externally.
