Was helping a friend of mine do that for his parents back in the later 80's. In the back of the fridge we came across a jar of something that was blueish grey and the label was worn off. The date stamped on the bottom was from 1972.... It had been moved between at least 3 refrigerators.

Probably tastes better than what is produced today.

Maybe it was spam brought back from Vietnam. How did it taste? 😋🤤
