14. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
15. When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16: Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17. Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18. Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Matthew 24:14-18
You all have seen this Gospel that Christ preached, trying to reach the lost. You see the churches, heard on the radio, and seen on television. There is none with enough power to stop Christ's command to go out and preach this Gospel to the world.
This abomination of desolation spoken in Daniel, is Antiochus lV a greek king, that brought an idol of Zeus into the temple and sacrificed a pig at the altar of God, both being an abomination to God. This happened
around 168 BC, and is written in history books.
This is a picture of Satan. He would never be worshipped in heaven, so the antichrist demands to be worshipped in the temple of God. This will happen at the end of days.
And Christ gives a warning when you see this, to flee, for your life is in danger for what you believe.
We can flee to the mountains, but there is no safe place without Christ.
Christ is saying do not delay, those who tarry will be destroyed do not look for clothes, money or food, at the cost of your life.
This is a desperate time, at the end things will happen quickly, now is the time to submit to Christ and repent, now you can read a bible and build a relationship with Christ.
Where you spend eternity depends on it. Amen.
