Don’t forget my favorite baking hack!! A little rice on the bottom of your cupcake pan before putting the paper liners in- soaks up moisture so the bottom of the liners will not be greasy and helps the cupcakes to bake evenly!! Works every time 😁(using black rice will keep some people away from yor cupcakes 😜)
