This is very interesting information about Astral projektion.
Many things are going on when our human body rest.
Our Soul don't need to sleep...
Instead it can travel to other dimensions other planets.
I have experienced this and the first time was a bit scary.
But we are always connected to our body with the silver cord so we easily can re enter our body again.
As there is no time in Universe we can travel far far away with our Soul.
I think it is an amazing experience...
