How to carve time for yourself with a busy schedule!
We are constantly adding more to our schedule even when we know we are burnout. How do we fit so much into a day and stay sane?
Well the thing is we don't.
Humans are great at adapting but when this adaptation becomes so far from our natural rhythm something tends to go BANG!
Whether this is an explosive outburst, an accident, substance abuse or the best case scenario Tears, we tend to be overloaded and over stimulated before we even realise.
Here are steps to assist with that overwhelming feeling of ARRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Learn to Say No
2. Priorities your wellbeing
3. Stop people pleasing
4. Plan your weeks and actually schedule downtime to recharge
5. Don't feel obligated to do anything you don't want to do
6. Do not explain yourself
7. Respect the freewill of others and they will have no choice but to respect yours.
8. Learn to ground your energy and recognize where you have a block
9. Do something that you love
10. Get out in nature, the frequency of nature is soothing even a short walk.
11. Write each stress you have on currently on a post it and place them all in front of you. Tackle one issue at a time and consciously, how can you resolve this matter to be less painful in the long run?
12. Ask for help if you need it and time alone when you need it also
Remember you are a natural human being, living in an artificial world...
Things are bound to get tense from time to time and that is ok 🥰
