The more hatred of ourselves and guilt we feel, the worse our life will work. The less hatred of ourselves and guilt we feel, the better our life will work, At all levels. I'm free I am a pure spirit, and light, and energy. I see myself as a free being. I am free in my mind. I am free in my emotions. I am free in my relationships. I am free in my body. I feel free in my life. I allow myself to connect with that part of me that is pure spirit and totally free. I free myself from all the limitations and all the fears of my human mind. I don't feel immobilized anymore. When I connect with that spirit that There is inside me, with that part of me that is pure spirit, I realize that I am much more than my personality, much more than my problems or my discomfort. The more I connect with that part of me, the freer I can be in all areas of My life. I can choose to be that part of my spirit that is totally free. If I can be free in one area, I can be free in many. I am willing to be free. The part of me that is a pure spirit knows how to guide me and guide me in very beneficial ways for me. I trust my spiritual part and I know that I am safe being free. I am free in my love for myself, and I let that love flow with as much freedom as possible. Being free does not imply any danger.
