///@sergio.rizzuto: The 2024 election is drawing nearer every day. As it does, I can’t help but notice parallels to our previous elections when it comes to terms such as ‘fake news’ and ‘misinformation. I’ve written this short essay as a potential warning. An observation of my own, which may or may not be false. Only time will tell.However, I think we’d be naive not to consider it a possibility. This message is not meant to be divisive. It’s for democrats, republicans, independents, etc. as it effects us all. Its only purpose is to spread awareness of the dangers to censorship and to promote our first, and arguably most important amendment, our freedom of speech.
