Repost from the Dull Men's Club Much has been said about the merits of brown sauce, with many including myself having their own favourite brand. This has intrigued and inspired our American cousins to venture out into the world food aisles of the shops to try our favourites. Today I would like to bring to the forefront my personal preference for spreading generously over a sausage sandwich. Colman’s Mustard which as we know this side of the pond is the only Mustard of choice! I should however warn our American cousins to be careful not to use this particular Mustard like you would use your own extremely tame yellow sauce. I will not refer to your yellow sauce as a mustard as it genuinely does not deserve to be classed as such. I am not saying this to be confrontational or controversial but a real Mustard if applied too liberally will render you immobile, blind and in need of medical treatment if not duly respected.
