11. And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.12. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.13. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.14. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.15. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.16. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. Revelation 19:11-16 John sees the heaven open, and Christ appears on a white horse, John is witness to Christ's character as being faithful and true to God, as Leader and Commander of God's people. In righteousness, Christ judges and avenges the blood of His people on their enemies. The penetrating eyes of Christ look into and discover the schemes and devices of His enemies. His head has many crowns, Creator and Governor of the universe, King of Zion, and all the crowns of believers put on His head, giving glory to Him for their salvation. And His name is the Word of God there, is no other. His army of saints follow Him covered in His Righteousness, being pure and clean. And He shall have victory over every enemy of the Gospel, casting all of them into the Lake of Fire. And, John sees His glory and the name given Him by His Father, the name above all creation, King of kings, and Lord of lords. Amen.
