Fry a couple pounds of ground sausage, bacon crushed like bacon bits, add that to the gravy and ladle that over the biscuits. If you like it spicy add a jalapeño pepper. That’s a meal that’ll stick to your ribs.

I use sausage or hamburger for my gravy base, with a shake of nutmeg fresh ground black pepper
