12. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.13. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.14. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;15. While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your heart, as in the provocation.16. For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.Hebrews 3:12-16 Unbelief is the mother of all sins, turning against every grace of God, and His love for our souls. Departing from the God, who became one of us, giving His life in our place. We must encourage one another, so we are not caught up in sin that will harden the heart to deceive us, and shatter our belief in Christ. We must hold fast the confidence we first had in Christ till the last breath. Stay true be not as those who would not enter into the land provided by God, because of fear. So that they were made to wander in the wilderness 40 years till they were consumed. Yet, God rewards faith, and out over 600,000 that came out of Egypt with Moses, only Joshua and Caleb entered into the promised land. God will have a few serve Him even in the worst of times. Amen.
