...wrapped by bacon. Over this I will cover with a salsa/chilly layer (blended) wrapped by egg soaked tortillas. Put in oven @ 425 F for about 1 hour (if put two to a pan in particular/interior temp low), untill the color is about the shade you want, and let sit until chuck finishes cooking / medium rare (about another 45 Min.). It is a lot like lizzard skin.
