The Biden administration announced they have waived 26 federal laws in South Texas to expand former President Donald Trump’s border wall to stave off record migrant crossings from Mexico.During his campaign for president, Mr. Biden denounced efforts to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, saying it was “not a serious policy solution.”
