6. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.7. Be not ye therefore partakers with them.8. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 9. (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)10. Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.Ephesians 5:6-10 Paul here warns the church at Ephesus, and us. Not to be tricked or fooled by people who say, there are small sins God takes no notice of. This is a grievous lie. All sin is destructive, and brings with it more sin's and more destruction. Paul's warning is get away from such, for we were at one time like them under the judgment of death for our sins, but we have come into the Light of Christ's salvation, He is the true Light of the world, and there is no darkness, where light is. We are to walk and continue in His Light, for He gave His life that we may live. This Spirit of God has come to help and strengthen us to live in Christ's Light. Each breath being able to prove what is acceptable to God, and having no fellowship with the works of darkness. Amen.
